Here’s a press release issued last night by Pinnacle Security. And these are not tips on how to sell security systems, ala the You Tube video.
This is a consumer press release–the kind many big security companies release from time to time about how homeowners can best protect their homes.
I thought it was interesting because it’s the first time I’ve seen Pinnacle put out a press release. I’ve had a dog of a time trying to get them to comment on anything. There’s a press contact down at the bottom. I’m going to give this guy a call once offices open in Utah.

DAYTON, Ohio -- The Better Business Bureau has almost 800 complaints about a company that sells security systems to homeowners. Pinnacle Security is based in Utah and is now employees are in the Miami Valley going door-to-door selling their product. A Dayton woman said someone broke into her daughter's home. She was concerned too because she lived a few doors down the street. Then, on Wednesday, sales people from a security company called Pinnacle came knocking at the door and the Johnson's signed a contract. Jeff and Joyce Johnson now feel they have been wronged. "They took advantage of me," said Jeff Johnson of Dayton. The Johnson's said the sales people from Pinnacle were very convincing and boasted about the reputation of the company.
