adt uses pinnacle as one company that they buy accounts from its ironic that after the three years the contract is good for the same type rep comes back around and switches the monitoring to another company and replaces the three year panel which alot of times has issues and checks the equipment and signs the customer up w someone else to get paid and now they are crooks how did adt or monitronics get the account in the first place they are ridiculous when things dont go their way they try to sue the rep in alot of cases that created alot of accounts for them in the first place its gotten to a point that they are upset that their customers arent just blindly paying monitoring costs after their initial three years are up on their contract cell phone companies do it all the time to entice people to use their service they offer a better free phone nobody ever asks if they are with another company in fact if you are you have to pay off the balance of contract
