If you think that investing in a home alarm system is too expensive, the best thing that you can do is to compare real time quotes from the top security monitoring systems to ensure you get a great deal.
In addition to getting multiple quotes, you will want to have the option to speak with real people so that you can avoid any confusion about what the best home alarm system is for your situation. Usually, the trained agents can explain all about your alarm system options and help you choose the right plan for your situation. There shouldn’t be any hidden fees or anything that could be considered a “surprise”.
So start by getting home alarm quotes from multiple providers – including three of the biggest in the industry: ADT, Brinks and APX. Once you get a quote from all three, you can then compare and see which one is right for you.
Remember, the most important thing about a home alarm system is that the system works and is reliable so that you can sleep well knowing that you are protected. A home security system is the best way to ensure that you are doing all that you can to protect your home and your family.

COLUMBUS — Questions are swirling around the door-to-door marketing activity being pursued in Columbus by APX Alarm Security Solutions Inc., a Provo, Utah-based security systems company.
Columbus Police Chief William Gumm confirmed Tuesday the company does have the necessary vendor permits required to operate its marketing activity in the city.
APX representative Michael Romney is listed as the individual who obtained the permit, which was issued for June 21 through Oct. 21.
“There is a door-to-door alarm system vendor in town, and the company has the proper permits,” Gumm said. “The police department doesn’t make any judgments on Better Business Bureau issues.
“We’ve told the company’s supervisor on the ground about the city’s alarm ordinance and our expectation that this information be provided to their potential customers in Columbus.
“The supervisor has assured us his sales people are telling potential customers about the city’s annual alarm system monitoring fees and fees that can be incurred for false alarms.”
